DIAGNOSING THE REALITY AND STRATEGIC TRENDS OF A LEADING AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY IN THE 21ST CENTURY A CASE STUDY OF TOYOTA

This study aims to examine the current state and strategic direction of Toyota the leader of the automotive industry in the twenty-first century—by analyzing the actual and projected results of its adopted strategies. It seeks to leverage this experience to assist investors in general, and Iraqi investors in particular, in forecasting future financial revenues to facilitate sound strategic investment decisions, as well as to provide insights that Iraqi companies can utilize. Data regarding Toyota was gathered from *Fortune* magazine, the company’s financial reports, and various The study employed a case study approach and utilized an inductive method to derive its conclusions. Key findings indicate that Toyota continues to pursue a long-term growth strategy, a conclusion supported by an analysis of the company's sales, revenue, and profit trends. The study’s originality lies in its use of recent, real-world data to project future trends and analyze the strategic direction of this automotive industry leader; this insight enables investors to make rational investment decisions regarding Toyota, positioning them as leaders among investors in the automotive sector.
